  We sell a variety of natural, handcrafted, and cruelty-free products including paper, soaps, wax melts, and candles. All of our products are handmade in the USA with premium  based ingredients and materials. We also have collectables, gift boxes, books, curios and items for our furry friends. 

 All candles @ Priestess Palette are crafted out of soy wax unless otherwise stated . Soy wax candles burn cleaner and slower than traditional paraffin wax candles and are more environmentally friendly . 

 We offer a wide range of scents including lavender, vanilla, peppermint, cinnamon, and many more. We also have seasonal and a range of specially blended and crafted proprietary custom scents as well to offer.  

 Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.  

 We offer customs in many customly crafted scents to our clients. T the scents we carry in stock will change throughout the year. The custom items we offer are posted on our website. Be sure to leave your scents in checkout notes.  

We currently ship from the main studio almost daily. We do not ship on weekends.On average we ship orders in 1-2 business days. Shipping times for New orders and custom orders will require additional processing time so please be patient. All orders are packed, photographed, and come with tracking information and r will be sent to the email you used at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Each item is marked as returnable or Ineligible for return on the product description page. Unfortunately, direct product returns cannot be processed with bath and body products and custom orders. This is the law in some cases and our policy on the other. HOWEVER, if you are unhappy for any reason via  email, we will do our best to make things right for you.  

Wrong Address UsedAs with ANY online store we ship automatically to the address you have specified. 

If it is incorrect, your package may get lost .To prevent this problem, check your address before ordering.If you find there is a mistake after ordering, message us ASAP so we can manually change it. If we don’t receive a message to change a wrong address in time for shipping, your package will go to the address originally input and we will not be held responsible for the loss and will not refund or replace the package.

You will get an automated email when your package is shipped with your tracking # attached.

Lost Packages If your package is taking longer than expected, please check the automatic email you received from us when we shipped your package and click the tracking number.

Check your spam box if you can’t find it.

When you order online, you are paying for two separate services, the small business, and the shipping service. If you see that your package was mailed by us in a timely manner but then lost or delayed after the carrier received it, we suggest tracking your package via the easy online links and checking for notifications for your package.

Item Not as Described If you receive your item and it is not what you expected, please re-read the description,take a photo and message us. Please be aware most items each are handmade,with unique pattern,swirl,accent, and scents. We will be happy to address any questions or fix any problems. If the issue is that you did not read the descriptions, weight, etc, and did not understand what you purchased, we ask you to take responsibility and bec courteous when emailing us . If it is our shortcoming, we will fix the issue .

Missing ItemsIt is our policy to photograph and log all when shipping,before shipping. If you are missing an item, we will replace it as soon as possible at no cost to you. All other cases we will take the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Item Arrives Damaged

In almost all cases, this is the shipping carriers causing issues,however, sometimes it is our mistake in packing. We will refund or replace whatever is broken if it is possible. Sometimes, we sell one-of-a-kind handmade items that cannot be replaced. In that situation, a refund will be our recourse.

Delivered But Not Received We generally take these rare situations on a case-by-case basis. We delivered exactly as promised and the records prove it. However, as this happens from time to time and we believe the customer we ask you to please try to attempt to locate your item.

Double check the address it was shipped to, ask neighbors, the post-delivery person, etc; tracking number and post office about your package,then contact us. We will often give store credit for half the value of the trackable, proven delivered package as a one-time courtesy.

Block listed Customers We welcome all to our growing community and strive to create an atmosphere of belonging, never exclusion. Every once in a while we get a customer who we do not want to do business with and or do not ship to their region.We reserve the right to block your orders and use of chat and our online platforms when the issue is resolved in accordance with our written store policies and or violates basic human decency. We feel these policies are fair and many go beyond the average customer service standards of most businesses.

 Yes! We offer a variety of discounts and special deals throughout the year. Be sure to follow us on social media and subscribe in the menu to stay up to date on the latest offers. We often have a first customer coupon available at the top of the home page.  

We offer scent samples . They can be purchased separately and or included in your order. 

We strive to label our products both on the product and the website correctly. On the product page, you will find our ingredients & known allergens listed  there. We offer a variety of products at this time.Please note unless otherwise stated most products contain coconut, and some seasonal items have almond oil. 

At this time, we are solely online except for our very local customers. The good news is we will ship right to your door. If you are uncertain with what to get we have created multiple variety pack sample package options for you to try small amounts without the full commitment.
